Step 1 – Open Your Start Menu

1. Open your start menu by either clicking the windows icon at the bottom left of your screen (center of your screen if you are on Windows 11). 

2. Alternatively, click the windows icon between the ‘Ctrl’ and ‘Alt’ keys on your keyboard.

Step 2 – Open Quick Assist

1. Type ‘Quick Assist’ into the search bar

2. Press the option labeled ‘Quick Assist App’

Step 3 – Grant Access

1. Inform our technician that you are ready for your access code.

2. Enter your access code and press ‘Share Screen’

3. Follow all prompts selecting ‘yes’ or ‘allow’ when prompted
